Remote Support

Not everyone IT issue needs physical interaction to be able to resolve the problem. From time to time you might need us to help you out remotely.

If you wish to purchase a maintenance package (that includes remote support) or receive ad hoc remote support please call us to discuss on (02) 6056 1488.

Prices for remote assistance start from $60 which covers the first half an hour of support, then $120/hr billed in 15 minute increments after that.

To begin remote assistance, please download and run our Remote Support software and provide your ATS – Ashlin Technology Services technician with the single use access code over the phone when instructed.

How To Use

STEP 1: Download and open
Once downloaded, run the ‘ATS Remote Support’ software then select Yes to the UAC prompt to allow this app to make changes if this appears.

NOTE: If your remote support icon does not look like this please download the latest Splashtop version above.

STEP 2: Provide the access code
When ATS Remote Support runs, it will take a short moment to generate a single use access code that expires at the end of the remote support session.

Once this code appears provide that to your remote support technician over the phone.

STEP 3: Get support
That’s it… Now our technician is connected, they can begin diagnosis and troubleshooting of the IT issues you have and will advice of further instructions and discuss your issues with you to resolve them.

Once the support session is complete, the software will be closed and the access code will expire so that your machine is safe and secure until you next need our assistance.
